What an amazing month we have had.  We successfully scheduled and attended three sales meetings, three cash flow meetings, and our very first profit & loss meeting!  I am very optimistic entering October and the beginning of our last quarter.  We managed to keep material costs down, payroll down, and subcontractor expenses down.  Our sales team responded to goal oriented meetings and production put out amazing numbers.  We showed a profit of more than 25% for September.  Our month was so great that it brought us up to a 1.6% loss for the year up from a 4.5% loss at the end of August.  We are almost current for the quarter with FICA's and are current with sales tax.  I feel very lucky to have such a strong team!  You guys have done everything that I have asked and then some.  Keep up the hard work!  I can't wait to see you guys again to show you what we have done and to discuss future changes that we need to make.

I must say the session was extremely successful yesterday. The feedback from the participants of what they hope to and did gain from the position profiles was tremendous. I recall the following comments:
